Vinyl Wednesday: Junie Morrison - When We Do

This is Junie Morrison's first solo album, released in 1975. I had known of him as keyboarder and songwriter of P-Funk, later I learned that he had been part of the Ohio Players. He was always involved into interesting music and posted a lot on social media. During the last years, he just had gotten back into the picture a bit more because of his collaboration with Dam Funk. Solange Knowles who dedicated an album to him.
Unfortunately he suddenly died by the age of only 62, in January 2017.

He made a remix for me, did you know? According to
Discogs his only remix ever.
I am very humbled and proud of this unique collaboration.
