This is Bootsy's fourth album and dates from 1979. The musician line-up reads like a Who Is Who in P-Funk history.. Garry Shider, Phlps Collins, Michael Hampton on guitar and the almighty Horny Horns, actually lots and lots of horn arrangements throughout the whole album, written by Fred Wesley and Bootsy Collins himself.
