The Soul Of Motown-first rehearsal
The first rehearsal was a fact, starting this morning. It went on the whole day until late evening. We went through a lot of music, Temptations, Jackson 5, Stevie Wonder and many more. Except for rehearsing we also were recording play-along tracks for the singers and so the director can think of a show. Dresses, light.. show business! :-)
I am happy to join this experience and use all the equipment I have and play some great soulful music. When I was writing out some horn lines and reviewed the arrangements I rediscovered these timeless classic hits. Tomorrow part 2 of the rehearsals.
