There he was, 79 years old but looking and sounding timeless as always...
His amazing band included Lionel Loueke (guitar), James Genus (bass), Justin Tyson (drums) and Elena Ayodele (flute).
After the encore in a sold out Tivoli/Vredenburg, Herbie signed some items people were handing him on stage.
I got hold of him and got him signing his autobiography :-)
This is a definite must-see. If you get hold of tickets, you should go and see this living legend.
