Mizuno Half Marathon Amsterdam 2017

It was my third time participating in the
Mizuno half marathon of Amsterdam. It was a warm late summer day. Great... but I always have big trouble when I have to run and it's warmer than 20 degree celsius. So slowly but surely, after 14km, I started to boil.. The only way to stay cool was throwing water over my head and back.. so when I finished I was al soaked from sweat and water.. and my finish time wasn't good at all (02h 31min) but I finished and that's what's it's about.
I hope I inspire some of you to go running, too (if you are in basic health). Remember, if I can do it, you can do it for sure. Just start building up slowly with a good runner app (right now I use the free Nike+ Run Club).
Running makes me happy and helps me to get rid of stress. It makes me happy to smell the trees, flowers, grass, animals, run through wind and rain. It puts things in perspective.. and even when I am not 100% consequent with my diet, running helps me to fit in my dresses..
